Just like any other hotel, your dog is welcome to stay until 10am on the day of departure.  After this time, a further day´s rate will be charged. 

Our office hours are 8.30am – 10.30am and 4pm – 6pm.

Our priority first thing in the morning is to tend to the guests we already have staying with us and most of our guests are normally very tired by evening. It is unsettling for them to have visitors on site throughout the day which is why we restrict our check in and departure times. However, we realise that occasionally owners may be delayed and we will always try to accommodate your specific needs.

Last comfort breaks, cuddles, TV off and night lights on in the evening occur at 10pm just before we go to bed ourselves!  

Apart from your dog's own food, our price includes everything. TV or radio throughout the day and evening, lots of individual attention, walks, play, basic grooming, underfloor heating, luxury beds, CCTV monitoring, preparing special food if necessary, luxury room with en-suite, large play area etc.,

We do however, make a small charge for administering medication, the price depends on the frequency and complexity.
